MOSCOW, Dec 10 - RIA Novosti. It is necessary not to prohibit concerts of youth groups, but to create conditions for the enthusiasm of children with creative goals, to make additional education available, said Anna Kuznetsova, Ombudsman for the Rights of the Child in the Russian Federation.

In the past few weeks, a number of concerts of contemporary performers have been canceled in the Russian regions, in particular rappers Husky (Dmitry Kuznetsov) and Eljeya (Alexey Uzenyuk), IC3PEAK and Friendzona groups. Russian rappers Basta (Vasily Vakulenko), Oxxxymiron (Miron Fedorov) and Noize MC (Ivan Alekseev) gave a concert "I will sing my music" in support of Husky.
"Yes, I am following this situation. But I will say it again: our position on various events is unchanged. We are not talking about the need to build a large number of prohibitions and barriers, it is necessary to create what we consider important in order for our children to be carried away, "the ombudsman told reporters.
She noted that at the coordinating council of ombudsmen for the rights of the child held on Monday, representatives of many regions cited as an example "classes of kindness" and other projects that can captivate a child with creative goals. At the same time, Kuznetsova drew attention to the fact that children have a "huge demand" for additional education.
