A resident of Krasnodar, Stanislava Voitsekhovskaya, was deprived of benefits for her autistic son due to the fact that she kept a personal blog, which brought her additional income in the form of 8,000 rubles in three months. The woman told RT about this.

The son of Voitsekhovskaya was diagnosed at the age of two and a half years, at the age of four - he was issued a disability, now he is six, and in May 2020 his mother stopped receiving an allowance in the amount of 10,000 rubles a month. In addition, she was asked to return payments for the months in which she received additional income. According to her, the refund amount is 20,000 rubles. The Pension Fund explained to her that the reason lies in the fact that she earns on her own blog.

The Voitsekhovskaya channel on the Yandex. Zen platform appeared in 2019. The story is based on the personal experience of raising a child with autism. Although Stanislava has less than a thousand subscribers, she still received some money. After that, information about the contract with the service came to the tax service, and then to the Pension Fund.

The department of the department said that parents of children with disabilities who are not engaged in labor activities can apply for the payment. The press secretary of the regional branch of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation Vladimir Obikhod noted that within five days after "going to work" from Voitsekhovskaya, no application was received to stop calculating payments. However, she nevertheless returned the overpayment. To resume payments, she needs to provide documents that she is not engaged in work.

Stanislava explained that she turned off the monetization in the blog, but she cannot get an agreement on termination of employment, since she did not enter into one. The FIU allowed her to draw up documents in free form.

Internet users became imbued with the woman's problem and collected 147 thousand rubles for her, which she intends to spend on rehabilitation classes for her son.

It is noted that the Russian woman on June 12 created a petition asking not to deprive parents of benefits who do not have opportunities for full-fledged employment, but have additional earnings below one minimum wage.

Member of the Public Chamber Irina Volynets said that such an initiative would be sent to the State Duma for consideration.

Previously "Rambler" wrote that the pregnant woman at 13 told when she gave birth to the second.
