Anna Kuznetsova, Commissioner for the Rights of the Child under the President of the Russian Federation, believes that the organizers of the unauthorized actions deliberately expose the children participating in them to danger, using them as a human shield for their illegal actions. She wrote about it on her Facebook page.
- Parents are very concerned about the calls on the Internet of children to participate in unsanctioned rallies. I receive messages on social networks, send screenshots, they want to stop this orgy! - she says.
At the same time, Kuznetsova reports that law enforcement agencies and Roskomnadzor are already dealing with this issue.
“Not only are the calls, and the very participation in unauthorized rallies is illegal, the lives and health of our children are in danger,” writes Anna Kuznetsova.
In her opinion, the initiators of the campaign are well aware of the risks and dangers to which children are exposed.
“Children are planned as a human shield, behind which someone plans to hide,” says Anna Kuznetsova.
None of the organizers of such actions is responsible if something happens to the child, the Ombudsman emphasizes. Insisting that hiding behind the backs of children is low, and everything that happens is simply "beyond comprehension."
