MOSCOW, December 11 - RIA Novosti. The children's hospice "House with a Mayak" has appealed against the decision on a fine of 200 thousand rubles for violating the turnover of narcotic drugs, the Zyuzinsky court of Moscow told RIA Novosti.
Earlier, the director of the hospice, Lida Moniava, said that initially they complained about the hospice because of the prescription of too many narcotic drugs to patients.
As a result, according to her, the charitable organization was charged with the following violations: drug magazines turned out to be "not numbered, not laced up, not certified by the head's signature, there is no organization seal", the necessary marks were not made, the recipe roots were not taken into account, and so on.
Under the relevant article of the Administrative Code, the institution was threatened with a maximum suspension of activities for 90 days or a fine of 400 thousand rubles. The representatives of the institution asked to limit themselves to a warning, but the court decided that this was not enough. The court found the hospice guilty under Part 1 of Article 6.16 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation and sentenced it to a fine of 200 thousand rubles without confiscation of narcotic drugs.
"An appeal against the ruling on an administrative offense has been registered," the court said.
The situation was previously taken over by the head of the presidential Council for Human Rights Valery Fadeev. According to him, the council is ready to do everything to avoid the closure of the "House with a lighthouse".
