"On a number of significant violations committed during the consideration of the administrative case, the Zyuzinsky interdistrict prosecutor of Moscow lodged a protest against the ruling of the district court demanding the cancellation of the judicial act and the termination of administrative proceedings against the children's hospice due to the lack of corpus delicti," the press service said. … They added that the consideration of the protest will take place on December 14.
