A four-year-old girl from Krasnogorsk, Moscow Region, who was hit on the head by a bottle thrown out of a window, is recovering after surgery. The children's ombudsman of the Moscow region, Ksenia Mishonova, spoke about her condition; she is quoted by “360” in her Telegram channel.

“She already walks, talks, communicates - she has no violations. (…) Now it is very important that the family - and it has a large family, has a brother and sisters - so that they follow the prescriptions of doctors,”Mishonova said.
Answering the TV channel's question about the responsibility of the boy's family, who, together with his friends, threw the bottle out of the window, Mishonova said that it was not punishment that mattered to her, but “so that everyone would understand the seriousness of the situation.”
Earlier it became known that in Krasnogorsk, on Kosmonavtov Boulevard, 5, a four-year-old girl who was passing by with her parents was smashed by a bottle, which was thrown out of the window along with the garbage. The incident caught on the video, the footage shows that the family is walking down the street and at that time something falls on the child, parents run up to her.
It was possible to establish an apartment using CCTV cameras; a mother and her seven-year-old son live in it. It is known that on this day two friends came to the boy from the same entrance. Presumably, one of them threw the garbage out the window. According to RIA Novosti, a criminal case has been initiated into the incident.
