UFA, June 10 - RIA Novosti. The Orenburg Children's Ombudsman Angelika Linkova met with large parents in the Tyulpanny settlement of the Dombarovskiy District, who had previously withdrawn four children, and they agreed that the eldest daughter would go to school, and the younger ones would be sent to kindergarten, the government of the Orenburg region told RIA Novosti.

The Ombudsman's website reports that during the meeting they discussed issues related to assistance in house renovation, employment of the head of the family, as well as enrollment of children in educational institutions.

"The children's human rights activist talked with mom and dad about the proper performance of parental duties, including timely medical examination of children, vaccinations and compliance with the recommendations of doctors for medical reasons. Work with the family remains under the control of the Orenburg Children's Ombudsman," the statement says. …

Commenting on the situation with a large family, Linkova told RIA Novosti that "there is contact and understanding with them."

"The eldest daughter, who recently turned seven years old, will go to first grade this year. The rest of the children are small, they did not go to kindergarten, there is an agreement that they will attend a children's educational institution," the regional government explained to RIA Novosti.

Earlier in the media there was a video of the seizure of four small children from a woman from her home in the village of Tyulpanny, Orenburg region. In the footage, the police first persuade the woman to give up the children, but then the babies are taken by force, and the mother is handcuffed. The police reported that the children were taken away for medical care, and the investigating authorities explained that the house, which the family bought with maternity capital, was in disrepair and threatened the life and health of the children.

Anna Kuznetsova, Ombudsman for the Rights of the Child in the Russian Federation, joined the story, who stated that these measures were redundant and promised that improving the activities of the guardianship authorities would not allow a repetition of such a story. Governor Denis Pasler said that a special worker will be assigned to the family, who will help in creating housing conditions and in finding employment for the father of the family. Investigative authorities of the region opened a negligence case against officials of the district guardianship authorities, who, in turn, filed a lawsuit to limit the rights of the parents of the seized children.

Later, the regional commission on minors' affairs canceled the decree of the head of the Dombarovsky district on the withdrawal of children. The head of the municipality himself resigned of his own free will. The authorities also recommended that the guardianship authorities withdraw the claim against the mother of the children.
