During the self-isolation imposed by the coronavirus, the number of Russians seeking psychological help increased. So, in Moscow this figure increased by 13%. Complaints are associated with exacerbation of intra-family conflicts.

There are appeals related to the exacerbation of intra-family conflicts, there are complaints of dissatisfaction with a partner, the inability to switch, take a break from each other. Recently, appeals on health issues have come to the fore. Many are afraid of getting sick themselves, others are worried about the health of their elderly parents, many calls come from people whose anxiety is due to the expectation of test results, - Nina Petrochenko, director of the Moscow service for psychological assistance to the population, told TASS.

According to the president of the Russian Academy of Education, head of the Russian Psychological Society, Yuri Zinchenko, the reason for the deterioration in relations is the lack of personal space and time for self-isolation in self-isolation.

In addition, during self-isolation, existing conflicts may intensify.

In a family in which there is a child, the difficult relationship of the parents is reflected in him.

Children are sensitive to the relationship between their parents, and any tension can make them anxious. They tend to blame themselves, think that something is wrong with them, that it is they who irritate mom or dad. It is difficult for them to understand that adults may have their own problems. Therefore, parents should calmly, but clearly make it clear to children that the situation is serious, a lot is changing, including the mode of work and rest, - said Petrochenko.

By the way, some couples note that their self-isolation relationship has improved. If before they were together for a short time and they did not have enough attention, now these problems have disappeared.

Psychologists recommend that in order to maintain a good relationship, thank each other, even for everyday trifles, show attention, distribute responsibilities around the house, and also not accumulate grievances and give each other time to rest.
