A new twist has appeared in the high-profile case of beating up little Maksim from the Koyanbay village of the Tavrichesky district. If initially the investigators still had doubts about his tormentors, now both are proven guilty.
Recall that the defendants in this case were two young women, former friends - Maxim's mother Evgeny Kabelskaya and Gulmira Bukenova, who at the time of the events was pregnant with her fourth child. They accused each other of bullying, each time they bring more and more new facts of evidence.
The 1.5-year-old Maxim was tortured cruelly and sophisticatedly - they tied his hands with a rope, chained him to a radiator, doused him with brilliant green, left him to sleep on the floor, substituted a ram under the horns, starved him, and gave him to be torn apart by the children of Gulmira. Sometimes women filmed the bullying on their phones and sent them to each other and relatives.
Women appeared in a popular TV show on the federal channel. Then Kabelskaya was placed in a pre-trial detention center, but was soon released. Gulmira was given a discount because of her pregnancy and was immediately sent to house arrest, she calmly gave birth to a new child and led an active life in social networks, filming endless videos for tik-tok.
The bullying of Maxim became known thanks to the vigilant employee of Vodokanal. She came to the Bukenovs' house to check the meters, saw the injuries on the child's head and did not believe the women, who assured him that he had hit when he fell out of the stroller, Channel 12 reports.
Now all the investigative actions in the case have been completed, the investigation is coming to an end.
“Despite the fact that at the beginning of the investigation of this criminal case, both girls blamed each other for what had happened and tried to absolve themselves of responsibility, the examinations (including the analysis of the clotheslines that tied the child) showed that both were guilty - both were tied up and beaten boy, "- the TV channel quotes the comment of the senior investigator of the first investigation department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Omsk region Ekaterina Orlova.
To prove the guilt of both women, experts conducted many examinations. Doctors denied the version that Maxim was injured during falls or during the game.
“It is impossible to get such injuries neither from the sofa, nor from the piano, let alone falling from the height of one's height. Experts denied that the child received the totality of such injuries in such a "harmless" way. It was proved that brute force was purposefully used against him,”explained investigator Orlova.
In addition to physical injuries, Maxim turned out to be pedagogical neglect - his mother did not work with him, and life in constant fear and pain only exacerbated the situation.
The boy's mother, Evgenia Kabelskaya, initially admitted that she beat her son and repented, but later said that she did it under pressure and pressure, in fact, she did not torture the child. Evgenia does not admit her guilt now.
Women are charged with torture by a group of persons in a helpless state. In addition, Kabelskaya was also presented with improper performance of parental duties. She has already been limited in her rights to a child - the baby now lives in the family of her own uncle, a policeman.
