More than 150 participants of the “Mom Works” program turned to the online nannies of the “My Career” center and the “Babushka for an Hour” service for help, according to the official website of the Mayor of Moscow.
“More than 150 participants of the“Mom Works”program turned to the online nannies of the“My Career”center and the“Babushka for an Hour”service for help. Since March 30, virtual assistants have spent over 200 hours with children. Professional nannies arrange creative activities for children from two and a half to seven years old: they draw, make crafts, and teach poems. They helped primary school students to complete their homework,”the message says.
It is noted that the service for mothers is free. To use it, you must make an online appointment at the My Career Center.
All nannies were trained under the "Nanny - Mom's Assistant" and "Grandmother and Grandfather for an Hour" program from the "Granny for an Hour" service and the "My Career" center. Initially, it was designed for women over 50 years old, but any Muscovite can try themselves in a new profession and sign up for classes. No special education or work experience required. Coaches, doctors and psychologists help to master all the necessary skills, talk about the ethics of the online assistant in the family, his duties, ensuring the safety of the child at home, the age characteristics of children, as well as the legal aspects of looking after them. Also, future nannies are taught to draw up a contract for the provision of services and explain how to properly register as self-employed.
