It is no secret that modern children grow up very early, which is facilitated by their parents, who strive for the diversified development of their children.
As soon as the kids begin to walk, they are immediately enrolled in various sports sections and clubs. However, according to psychologist Olga Godlevskaya, one must be careful here, approaching the drawing up of a children's schedule rationally.
At the same time, according to the specialist, there are no age preferences for starting any classes. The question is what kind of activity they will choose for the child. For example, they go to the pool as babies, and at the age of three it is useless to take a child to football.
“You have to understand whether this is a productive activity or a sports one,” Godlevskaya explained in an interview with the “360” TV channel. - Everything depends on it. If sports, then on average from five years."
In addition, it is imperative to pay attention to the content of the classes and correctly build the child's schedule, taking into account his physiology, since it is different for everyone.
“If your child is 5-6 years old and attends kindergarten, then in the evening it is impossible to load him with any additional activities, since it is very difficult for him. Here it is necessary to plan so that the child has time to be at home with his parents, to play calmly. After all, this is his last year before school, in fact, the last year of childhood,”the specialist believes.
She noted that if a child goes to kindergarten, then for him you can choose one sports section or dance, consider the option of some other circles. One, according to the psychologist, should complement the other.
It is also very bad when children are not at all interested in sections and circles. In such a situation, she advised contacting a specialist for advice.
“If your child is apathetic, this is a serious signal that not everything is all right, and you urgently need to sort it out, so normally children should be interested in something new, be active,” concluded Godlevskaya.
