These expenses will be covered by the state. If employment is maintained at a level of at least 80 percent of the staff, then half of the loan and interest on it are written off. The loan can be used both directly to pay salaries to employees, and, for example, for refinancing, for repaying a previously taken interest-free, so-called salary loan. Enterprises of the affected industries have already received a deferral of taxes and insurance payments for six months with the ability to repay them then smoothly., during a year. Now it is proposed to write off such payments for the second quarter of this year in full, with the exception of VAT. This measure will apply to individual entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized businesses in affected industries and socially oriented NGOs. For the self-employed: Self-employed citizens will be refunded their income tax paid in 2019 in full. All self-employed will be provided with the so-called "tax capital" in the amount of one minimum wage, due to which they will be able to make tax payments this year. Individual entrepreneurs who are employed in the most affected industries will be provided with a tax deduction of one minimum wage in relation to insurance premiums. employees of social institutions: Special supplement for three months - from April 15 to July 15 - for employees of social institutions. For doctors who work in social institutions, the surcharge will be 40 thousand rubles for a two-week shift. If they directly provide assistance to patients infected with coronavirus - 60 thousand rubles. For social and educational workers, nursing and administrative personnel - 25 thousand rubles.
