"The rules for the provision and conditions of payments for children under three years of age do not change. The renewal procedure adopted at the time of the pandemic is terminated. Until March 1, the extension of payments was carried out without an application from the family. This unannounced renewal procedure ceases to operate from March 1 of this year," they said. at the ministry.
The press service noted that the appointment of benefits for children under three years old both during the pandemic and before it was carried out and is being carried out at the request of the family.
"As before, before the start of the pandemic, after March 1, in order to extend the payment, citizens must apply with a package of documents to the social protection body or the multifunctional center for the provision of state and municipal services (MFC)," the department added.
The Ministry of Labor recalled that payments in the amount of the subsistence level for a child are provided to families with an average per capita income below two subsistence levels per person from the federal budget for the first child, from maternity capital for the second child. In 78 regions there are payments for the third and / or subsequent children.
It is necessary to apply for an extension of payments when the child reaches the age of one or two years. This measure of social support is being implemented within the framework of the federal project "Financial support for families at the birth of children" of the national project "Demography".
