The money is allocated to the family from the maternity capital. But not all parents can qualify for the payment. It is important that the income level of one family member per month does not exceed two living wages. For example, in the Kirov region, families whose income does not exceed 22,790 rubles per person will be able to make payments, the Pension Fund warns.
On average in the region, the amount of such payment is 10 954 rubles. Moreover, at the first registration, the family can expect to receive a larger amount. In this case, the age of the child will be important.
That is, if you apply for a payment when the child turns three months old, you can immediately get 32,862 rubles in your hands.
