A large 38-year-old mother and video blogger from Saratov, Yulia Kilinskaya, said on the air of a federal television channel that she was separated from her son almost immediately after giving birth. In the conflict between a Saratov woman and her husband, on the one hand, and her former roommate, on the other, the hosts of the Male / Female program, the release of which was shown on Channel One on Monday, tried to figure it out.
After giving birth, Kilinskaya indicated her husband as the father of the child, although his biological father was Vladimir Smirnov, a Saratov woman's cohabitant. The heroine of the program claims that on September 11, 2018, Smirnov took his son by force, but she did not turn to the police.
According to the version of the heroine's roommate, she was going to return to her husband and took things, but did not plan to take her son. Smirnov also claims that he could not hold the child, since at that time he did not have paternal rights.
Smirnov also explained that he had formalized paternity and the child now lives with him in good conditions, and then added that he was not against the communication of his son with his mother. The court decided that the son should live with the father, since the mother did not even try to claim her parental rights. In addition, according to Smirnov, Qilinskaya's husband at the time of her pregnancy demanded money, for which he and his wife would give the child to Smirnov.
The presenter Yulia Baranovskaya noted that Kvilinskaya had a chance to take the child and bring her partner to criminal responsibility if he kept someone else's child.
Qilinskaya's husband told the story differently. According to him, Yulia tried to take the child, but she was not allowed into the house, and moreover, at the meeting, the roommate beat the woman. During the program, the man admitted that he did not need his wife's child from a stranger.
Kvilinskaya claims that Vladimir is not raising a child, but the mother of the roommate is engaged in it, to which the host of the program, Dmitry Gordon, objected: “This is how he works at the same time, damn it. And not a thousand two hundred earns, damn it. And he contains the child, damn it!"
The mother and sister of Vladimir Smirnov argue that the Qilin's son is not needed. Also, during the release, the presenters more than once came to the conclusion that Gleb's mother had a lot of opportunities to take the child and no one took him away, and now she may be deprived of her parental rights.
