Spanish police detained a man who posed as an Interpol agent and posted pictures of women on porn sites without their consent. Such a message was published on the page of the Spanish National Police on Twitter.
During the investigation, the police found 1200 photographs of 700 women, including pictures of an intimate nature. In the house of the suspect, the search also found hard drives, phones and computers, videos of the victims and fake Interpol documents.
The man was detained in Alicante, he is 33 years old, he is Spanish by nationality. The detainee published pictures of women on porn sites, copying them from dating sites.
Then he contacted the women, introduced himself as an agent of Interpol and warned them about the alleged “foreign mafia” that was publishing the pictures. When telling women about the danger, he suggested meeting to "provide more detailed information."
When he met one of the women, he convinced him to take intimate pictures in order to compare them with those posted on the network. The woman agreed, but then the suspect began to demand new meetings and photographs, threatening to send the pictures to her friends.
Another woman in the same situation went to the police.
