In the metropolitan area of Maryino, a branch of the 3 children's city polyclinic 148 on Novocherkassky Boulevard will be repaired. This was reported on the official website of the Mayor of Moscow with reference to the chairman of the Moscow Committee on Pricing Policy in Construction and State Expertise of Projects Valery Leonov.

“The five-story building of the 148th polyclinic branch was built in 1989, and, according to the project, it will be renovated and transformed to the new modern standard of Moscow polyclinics. During the work, the exterior decoration of the building will be updated, including the replacement of the blind areas, a new ventilated facade and a plinth. Also, new flag holders and external navigation will be installed, and an illuminated sign with the logo "My clinic" will appear on the front part of the main entrance, - his words are quoted in the message.
It is noted that during the overhaul, specialists will finish the main, auxiliary, service and technical premises, as well as replace communications. In addition, it is planned to renovate the façade.
Natural stone is used to decorate the entrances to the building, the covering of the porch and staircase will be updated, fences and ramps will be replaced. The clinic itself will undergo a comprehensive renovation. They will replace part of the partitions, the floor and the finishing coating, renovate the ceilings and walls, install new doors, windows and stained-glass systems.
“Over the decades of operation, the building of the polyclinic has become dilapidated, and its functional content is morally outdated. Now more modern requirements are imposed on such institutions. Therefore, this building, like other polyclinics in which comprehensive overhaul is being carried out as part of the implementation of the new Moscow standard, will, in fact, be rebuilt anew - from foundation to roof. In addition, the territory adjacent to the polyclinic will receive a new look. During the improvement, pedestrian and traffic flows will be separated, roads and sidewalks will be renewed, a playground will be equipped, small architectural forms (urns, benches, signs) will be installed, and the territory will be additionally landscaped,”the press service of the Moscow Overhaul Department said.
It is specified that the branch 3 of the policlinic 148 was built according to the standard project VII-80, approved in 1989. This is a more modern type of building than most of the polyclinics included in the modernization program. But even such buildings require adaptation to the modern conditions of the work of medical institutions.
As added in the material, in the capital in 2023 they plan to complete the renovation of all 137 city polyclinics, which today need to be updated.
