
Rospotrebnadzor in Tatarstan allowed matinees to be held with parents. This was reported by the press secretary of the department Milyausha Zamalieva:
"The sanitary rules provide for a ban on mass events in educational organizations. The RPN Department in Tatarstan considers it possible to hold individual events within a group cell with an invitation for one adult accompanying child, subject to a number of conditions."
Among the conditions:
an adult must be no older than 65 years old - this category is at risk, self-isolation is recommended for her; the head of the kindergarten administration decides on the organization, provided that there are no diseases or quarantine for the disease; the event is not common for the entire kindergarten; for adults, an entrance must be organized control, thermometry; for one person - at least 4 sq. m; there must be conditions for hand hygiene and there must be a closed-type irradiator in the room; after the event - wet cleaning and ventilation.
She noted that there are two classes at the separation for ARVI, both in Kazan in different schools. 39 people study in these classes. There are no schools completely closed for quarantine in Tatarstan.
Earlier, the Ministry of Education and Science of Tatarstan deleted from its website information that parents were allowed to come to matinees in kindergartens.
