On Wednesday, February 10, in the Penza City Duma, Deputy Andrei Tsesarev raised the issue of food poisoning that allegedly happened in city schools and gardens in 2020.
This topic was repeatedly touched upon by the people's representatives, but the ex-head of the education department Yuri Golodyaev always denied the facts.
Lilia Chashchina practically repeated the words of her predecessor.
“These are not poisonings, but a noro- or rotavirus infection, which is not always brought with food. In the 11th school, rotavirus infection was confirmed among food workers, in other cases it was brought by children. Now all the workers of the catering units have been tested for rota- and norovirus. This will be done at least once a quarter,”she said.
Also, the deputies started talking about working with children in social networks. In particular, Alexander Rogozhkin asked to tell how it is carried out, and called this activity a profanation. “There is a search for some“blue whales”and so on, he expressed his point of view.
The Blue Whale is not a fictional social network, and it negatively affects our children,”objected Lilia Chashchina, promising to present a detailed report on this area of work.
