The cultural and sports centers of the south-west of Moscow have launched a series of New Year's events from 21 to 27 December. A teleconference with Santa Claus, a sports marathon and master classes - all events will be held in a distance format. It will be possible to join them online in the accounts of institutions in social networks and on official websites.
We pass the old year sportingly
For those wishing to celebrate the New Year in good physical shape, a week-long marathon of beauty and health "Time for Change" was announced at the Sport-Butovo center. Every day from 21 to 25 December at 9:00 the organizers will post training videos with exercises for all muscle groups on the website and in groups of the center in social networks Facebook and VKontakte.
“Performing these exercises systematically will help maintain the beauty and tone of the whole body, including the face. Some of the training elements are aimed at accelerating lymph, so it is better to do it in the morning, when the body has just woken up. If this condition is observed, the whole day will pass cheerfully, with good health,”the center said.
As an alternative, Muscovites will be offered to play virtual football FIFA. With a joystick in hand, cybersportsmen will compete with each other in the accuracy of shots on goal and other ball control techniques. The match will take place on December 26 at 15:00 in an online format. Details can be found by calling the center "South-West" 8 (499) 789-44-54 and on the pages of the institution in Facebook and VKontakte.
We decorate the house and prepare gifts
The Cultural Center "Vdohnovenie" on December 23 will hold an online master class on needlework "Festive deer" for children and adults. The finished figurine made of cardboard can then become both a decoration of the New Year's interior and a gift "under the Christmas tree".
“We invite the whole family to participate. While the parents cut out the elements of the future craft from the cardboard, the children will color them, and then they will put everything together. So it will be possible not only to learn something new, but also to have fun with loved ones,”said Anagata Zhulitova, PR manager of the center.
The video tutorial will appear on the center's Instagram account on December 23 at 19:00. Everyone will be able to join the viewing.
And in the cutting and sewing studio of the Eureka-Butova center, they will teach you how to create a “Christmas tree using the chenille technique”. “Chenille is a patchwork technique. We will take several layers of fabric, connect them with an oblique seam and make cuts so that each of the patches is visible. The construction will turn out to be very stable, so it will be possible to decorate the house with a herringbone,”explained the head of the studio Tamara Gradilenko.
From materials for work, you will need scraps of fabric and pastel paper as a base. Additional sewing skills are not required, detailed instructions on what to do will be given in the video itself. It will be posted on the institution's YouTube channel on December 24 at 14:00.
Making wishes for Santa Claus
Employees of the "Inspiration" center will give Muscovites the opportunity to communicate with Grandfather Frost. The teleconference with the wizard will take place on December 26 at 12:00. The online broadcast is organized on the institution's YouTube channel and on the facade of the cultural institution's building.
“Santa Claus's mailbox works on our website, so grandfather will answer some of the questions from letters, and some of them will be asked in real time by passers-by who will be next to our center at that moment. Their appeal will be recorded by our operator,”said Lyubov Evtikhova, head of the department of socio-cultural projects“Inspiration”.
On the same day, Jerry Rubin's club will hold in a group on VKontakte an online screening of an interactive children's play by the clown Tatyana Kiko about aliens who ended up on Earth on New Year's Eve. Young viewers are invited to watch at 12:00.
