Kayla never managed to lose weight - she lost weight, and then gained twice as much. However, she was so imbued with the aesthetics of dolls that, as an adult, she began to design costumes. The girl called herself "Plus Size Barbie". Nevertheless, she could hardly call her life happy. Due to her excess weight, it was difficult for the girl to travel, it was difficult to meet with friends and lead a normal life. This made her feel depressed.

When one day the scales showed a mark of 154 kg, it began to act. Kayla decided to undergo bariatric surgery, as a result of which her stomach became 80% smaller. The only thing that has remained unchanged is Kayla's love for outfits in the style of her favorite Barbie doll. Now Kayla is in good physical shape, on which she works every day. And the girl likes it. Now she felt really happy.
