The construction of the kindergarten began in 2014 and was to be completed in 2016. However, unscrupulous contractors repeatedly disrupted work, and the delivery of the facility was postponed several times.

The Governor of the Komi Republic, Vladimir Uyba, took control of this socially significant facility and personally inspected the construction site.

At the beginning of this year, the kindergarten in Ust-Tsilma was completed and in March 2020, a permit for commissioning was received. But during the inspections of the State Fire Supervision Service, violations of safety requirements were revealed, and the opening of the kindergarten was again postponed. The comments were removed by the end of October. And the long-awaited opening of the kindergarten took place.

The construction of the kindergarten was financed by Lukoil under an agreement with the Komi government.

The new garden houses six groups. Two spacious halls have been built for children, one is a sports hall, the other a music hall. There is a separate dining room, laundry, medical office.

Ust-Tsilma is one of the most ancient villages of the European North. Now almost five thousand people live here.
