The Pochemuchka kindergarten in Pereslavl-Zalessky will start working in mid-March.
- The issue of creating additional places in preschool institutions of the city was discussed at a meeting of the head of the region with local residents, - noted the Deputy Prime Minister of the region Roman Kolesov. - Then Dmitry Mironov instructed the Government of the region to work out the issue of transferring from federal ownership to the municipal building of the kindergarten "Pochemuchka", designed for 140 places. Its opening will significantly reduce the queue for preschool institutions in the city and will favorably affect the demography and living conditions of Pereslavl residents.
As the director of the department of property and land relations Maxim Frolov explained, the object is assigned on the basis of the right of operational management to the Institute of Software Systems named after A. K. Ailamazyan of the Russian Academy of Sciences, under the jurisdiction of the Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations of Russia. Thus, the transfer from federal to municipal property is possible only in cases determined by decisions of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. After contacting the Government of the Russian Federation, the approval of the head of state was received.
- In order for the administration of Pereslavl-Zalessky to begin work on the repair of the kindergarten, on July 31, a gratuitous use agreement was concluded between the Institute of Program Systems named after A. K. Ailamazyan and the kindergarten "Alyonushka", to which the preschool institution "Pochemuchka" will be attached, - explained Maxim Frolov. - Currently, repair work in the kindergarten is being completed. The facade and premises of the building, ramps, verandas have already been put in order, the trees have been filing and painting on the territory of the institution.

Kindergarten "Pochemuchka" was opened in 1992 as a subordinate institution of the Institute of Software Systems. A. K. Ailamazyan of the Russian Academy of Sciences. In 2014, it ceased to function and was mothballed. According to experts, the building is in a satisfactory condition. The kindergarten is designed for 140 children. Its total area is about 1.5 thousand square meters, the area of the land plot is more than 6 thousand square meters.
