The authorities allowed classes to be held indoors in groups of up to 12 people and outdoors in groups of up to 20 people. The same applies to the work of cultural institutions, health and fitness centers and fitness centers. Also, on January 18, face-to-face practical classes in colleges will resume. They can be carried out individually or in groups of up to 12 people in compliance with all sanitary and epidemic standards. Sports competitions will be held without spectators. The exception is the games of Baltika and Lokomotiv. The organizers need to notify the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor at least 10 days before the event and begin joint preparations for the competition in accordance with the regulations approved by the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation and the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare. Food courts and catering establishments will open on Monday in shopping centers that do not have a separate entrance. At food courts, it is necessary to arrange the arrangement of tables taking into account social distance and disinfect surfaces every 3 hours. Outerwear customers of food courts are not served (additional hangers must be provided). Seating for no more than 4 people at the table remains. What restrictions have been extended Until February 8 in the Kaliningrad region, the self-isolation regime has been extended for citizens over 65 years of age and people with chronic diseases. Until February 15, catering enterprises will be able to work from 6:00 to 23:00. In addition, until February 15, banquets, corporate parties, weddings, as well as solemn registration of marriages are prohibited in the region. It was decided to cancel the Epiphany bathing. On the night of January 18-19, raids will take place on the reservoirs of the region with the participation of officials, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and police. The rest of the restrictions that were in force earlier (for example, restrictions on the occupancy of halls in cinemas) remained in force unchanged.
