As the governor of the Sverdlovsk region Yevgeny Kuyvashev wrote on his Instagram page, "the camps are opened, in fact, manually, as soon as all those additional, but extremely important procedures, which the coronavirus" prescribed "for children's institutions, are completed." He added that the first races began on June 30th. “In cases where the date of sending schoolchildren to rest changes, parents should be promptly informed about it,” he said.
