Governor of the Orenburg Region Denis Pasler signed a document supplementing the regional "antique" restrictions. Now children under 14 years old cannot visit shopping centers unaccompanied by adults.
"The owners of shopping and entertainment complexes (centers), malls, cinemas should ensure that minors under the age of 14 are not allowed to these facilities without being accompanied by their legal representatives," the Interfax document is quoted as saying.
In the region, entertainment establishments, nightclubs, hookah bars, as well as children's centers should be closed until November 23.

Until the same date, mandatory self-isolation is in effect for residents of the region over 65 years old and citizens with chronic diseases.
Schoolchildren (except for the 11th grade) are instructed to go to remote school. "Distant" will also operate for two weeks.
