MOSCOW, October 12. / TASS /. The Government of the Russian Federation has approved a new composition of the Fund to Support Children in Difficult Life Situations. The corresponding order was published on Monday on the official portal of legal information.
Anton Kotyakov, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Fund, Olga Batalina, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees. The council also includes Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Denis Gribov, Senior Vice President of VEB. RF Mikhail Alashkevich and others.
According to the document, the Cabinet of Ministers appointed Andrey Galkin, Director of the Department of Demographic and Family Policy of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation, Evgeny Struzhak, Head of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Moscow Population, and Larisa Falkovskaya, Director of the Department of State Policy in the Field of Protection of Children's Rights of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, as members of the Fund's board.
The Fund to Support Children in Difficult Life Situations was established in 2008. Its founder is the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation. Among the areas of the Fund's work is the prevention of family trouble, including the prevention of child abuse, the restoration of a family environment favorable for raising a child, family placement of orphans and children left without parental care, support for families with disabled children, social rehabilitation of children who have committed crimes., as well as other areas of activity.
