MOSCOW, August 25. / TASS /. Four children were returned to Marina Volkhonskaya, a single mother with many children, from Moscow, whom the guardianship authorities forced her to send to a social center because of the disorder in the house. The situation was resolved after the intervention of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, the press service of the ministry told TASS on Tuesday.

As explained in the press service, at the beginning of the year, they came to the woman from the guardianship and, according to her, forced her to write a statement about the transfer of children to the social center after seeing the disorder in the house. Six months later, a lawsuit was filed against her for restriction of parental rights and the children were not returned, despite the repairs made in the apartment. Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Denis Gribov said that the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation took control of this situation, noting that the removal of children is an extreme measure.

"Thanks to the intervention of employees of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, the situation was revised, the guardianship authorities got involved and made a fair decision on family reunification," the press service said.

According to Gribov, all guardianship and trusteeship bodies are obliged to carry out their work in close cooperation with the population and public organizations.

"It is necessary to weigh all the circumstances in detail, analyze, receive irrefutable confirmation, understand the area of responsibility of the guardianship authorities and consider the situation, first of all, from the side of the family," the press service quoted Gribov as saying.
