In the children's camp "Red Carnation" under the jurisdiction of the authorities of Yekaterinburg, located in the village of Sysert, a case of coronavirus was recorded in an employee of the institution.
According to the representative of the city administration, referred to by URA. RU, employees of the Sverdlovsk department of Rospotrebnadzor have already left for the place.
After the shift began, one of the employees tested positive for coronavirus. As a result, one of the children's teams was quarantined, '' he said.
The first shift in the children's camp "Red Carnation" began on July 5. On this day, the camp accepted 191 children.
Earlier, Larisa Falkovskaya, director of the department of state policy in the field of protecting the rights of children of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, said that since the beginning of July, 545 children's camps have opened and started operating in Russian regions with a favorable epidemiological situation. According to her, the camps operate in compliance with the necessary security measures. This is closely watched by the heads of the camps and medical workers attached to the recreation and rehabilitation organizations.
As NEWS.ru wrote, children's camps can start accepting vacationers from other regions by August. Denis Gribov, Deputy Head of the Russian Ministry of Education, spoke about this. According to the official, by July 1, four children's centers were opened - "Orlyonok", "Artek", "Smena" and "Ocean", however, so far only for children from their regions. According to Gribov, the issue of admitting children from other regions to the camps will depend on the sanitary and epidemiological situation.
As the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova noted earlier, children who will go to health camps in the summer will not have to observe the mask regime, but control over their health will be strengthened.
