Recall that more than a month ago on the Avito service website in the "Other animals" section, one of the residents of St. Petersburg posted an ad with the title "Pet", in which he offered to give up the child.

The text described the character of the child. As the man assured, the boy is not distinguished by hard work and exemplary behavior, he “likes to lie, be rude and steal. Doesn't respect elders. He does not like to study, read and help around the house”, and the child also loves to play computer games and watch videos on the Web. A resident of the northern capital offered to give the child a gift to someone "who will make him happy."

Anna Mityanina, Ombudsman for the Rights of the Child in St. Petersburg, applied to law enforcement agencies to check this announcement (the announcement was blocked). The Ombudsman spoke about the precedent on her page on the VKontakte social network. Mityanina considers such an act in relation to a minor to be unacceptable.

Law enforcement agencies checked the announcement and established the details of the incident. It turned out that the man had no intention of actually giving up the child. The announcement was posted on the service website for "educational purposes".

By order of the prosecutor, the man was brought to administrative responsibility. The fine is 3 thousand rubles, - RIA Novosti is quoted by the press service of the St. Petersburg Prosecutor's Office.

It is also reported that the work of the bodies and institutions of the prevention system has been organized with the family where the child is brought up.

By the way, we recently wrote about a Russian woman who planned to exchange her newborn child for an apartment.
