"This year, during the summer health campaign, it is planned to open more than 1.1 thousand camps with a day stay for children on the basis of educational organizations and organizations of additional education in the Moscow region. They will cover over 71 thousand children," the press service of the first deputy chairman of the Moscow region government quotes. - Regional Minister of Education Olga Zabralova.
It is noted that about a thousand of such camps functioned last year. In addition to them, recreation areas, labor and recreation camps, field tourist camps, as well as labor groups and brigades will operate in the Moscow region.
"We will pay special attention to the organization of employment and health improvement of children from low-income and disadvantaged families, orphans and children left without parental care, disabled children," Zabralova said.
