The press service of the St. Petersburg administration published an official document stating that some coronavirus restrictions will be lifted in the city on the Neva from January 30, 2021.

According to the document, all catering establishments, including those located in the shopping center, will be able to receive visitors around the clock. Except for food courts and food places. The shopping center will be able to operate museums, exhibitions, theaters, ice skating rinks. Aquariums, water parks and zoos were allowed to open, but subject to the safety standard.

Auditoriums in cinemas, circus, concerts are allowed to fill up to 50%. A similar exemption was introduced for the access of people to sports and physical education events. But with one condition - the total number of viewers cannot exceed 15 thousand people.

Until May 15, 2021, the ban on access to theaters and the circus for organized groups of children under 16 has been extended. The obligation to use respiratory and hand protection equipment has been extended.
