Earlier in the media there was a video of the seizure of four small children from a woman from a house in the village of Tulip, Orenburg region. In the footage, the police first persuade the woman to give up the children, but then the babies are taken by force, and the mother is handcuffed. The police reported that the children were taken away for medical care, and the investigating authorities explained that the house, which the family bought with maternity capital, was in disrepair and threatened the life and health of the children. The human rights ombudsman in the Russian Federation Anna Kuznetsova joined the story, who stated that these measures were redundant and promised that improving the activities of the guardianship authorities would not allow a repetition of such a story. Governor Denis Pasler said that a special worker will be assigned to the family, who will help in creating housing conditions and in finding employment for the father of the family.

"The Orenburg Children's Ombudsman Anzhelika Linkova talked with the parents of children selected on May 25, 2020 in the Dombarovsky District, offered them the necessary legal assistance and assistance in resolving the current situation," the office of the children's ombudsman said.

As noted, at the last meeting of the regional government, Linkova spoke in support of the family and called for all the necessary measures to be taken to return the children.

"The children's human rights activist noted that at present there is a need to revise the work with the family, first of all, to prevent family problems, provide comprehensive support and take the family out of the crisis," the message says.

As the Office of Linkova notes, conclusions and decisions on this situation will be made based on the results of inspections carried out by relevant departments, supervisory and law enforcement agencies.
