It is unlikely that a few years ago, Irina Valieva thought that her career would develop so rapidly. She worked with children from the age of 18, but when her son was born, she went on vacation, which dragged on for five years. And only two years ago she returned to kindergarten 311 to work as a teacher again.
However, if a person is talented and loves his job, recognition will find him. Last fall, Irina took part in the qualifying stage of the regional competition "Educator of the Year" and made it to the finals. The decisive competition took place on April 3, 2018, and, as the winner herself says, she made herself a gift for her 30th birthday, taking first place. Apparently, this is why the city leadership could not pass by the teacher of the year, when the vacancy arose, and from July 27, Irina Valieva became the head of kindergarten 311.
The kindergarten, located in the village of Sukhaya Samarka, has the status of an innovative platform for the educational program "From Frebel to a Robot" (Friedrich Frebel is a German teacher of the 19th century, the author of the term "kindergarten"). Educators use games to prepare children for the study of technical sciences. Both the kindergarten itself and its teachers constantly participate in city and regional competitions - "Rostok", "Golosok", etc. And as the head of the school proudly notes, they win prizes in each. This year, teacher Olga Malinovskaya is preparing to take part in the "Educator of the Year" competition.
The kindergarten is also helped by sponsors, for example, the Kuibyshev Oil Refinery and personally its CEO Sergei Chepurnov made a charitable contribution, for which the employees and parents are very grateful.
There are 168 children in 6 groups. The teaching staff is unique, according to Irina Valieva, some educators have been working here for 20-30 years! The most honored are Natalia Kadkina, Irina Rumyantseva and Vera Zhegalina. However, all the staff of the kindergarten are professionals, people who are not indifferent and loving children.
