The "Christmas tree of desires" charity event is taking place in the Kuban. This year, the regional fund for helping children "Edge of Good" is conducting it in an online format, according to a statement on the website of the regional administration. The promotion, which started on December 5th, will last until the 25th. It is now possible to make a child's little dream come true without leaving home - the traditional charity trees in the shopping centers of the Kuban have been replaced by online Christmas trees. On the website of the tree-desires.rf, you can choose a postcard from a sick child, where he wrote his cherished wish, and fulfill it by clicking on the "Present" button. Volunteers will deliver gifts to children. The Charitable Foundation for Helping Children "Krai Dobra" pays for operations, rehabilitation courses, examinations, purchases vital drugs, medical devices, technical means of rehabilitation, tickets to the place of treatment of the child. In 2020, almost 6,800 families with children received support. The amount of assistance provided during the pandemic amounted to more than 85 million rubles. On December 7, the Governor of the Territory Veniamin Kondratyev took part in the charitable action "Christmas Trees of Desires".
