“In May, we were the first in the country to open a line for the production of masks. Now they are sewn by 30 factories, they produce 300 thousand masks per day. Recently, two regional enterprises launched the production of recirculators for air purification. schools, kindergartens and regional enterprises, "Kondratyev said at a plenary session at the BIOTECHMED forum, which took place in Gelendzhik.
The governor added that during the coronavirus pandemic, the industry in the region is rapidly focusing on the needs of medicine.
According to the operational headquarters for the fight against coronavirus of the Krasnodar Territory, as of Friday, 15,599 cases of infection have been detected in the region since the beginning of the pandemic (plus 104 in the last day). 11,055 patients recovered, 339 people died, 36 are in serious condition on ventilators, three patients on ECMO machines.
