Two large families of employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Central Administrative District of Moscow made an exciting trip along the Moskva River on the motor ship "Radisson". The organizers of this event were the Directorate for the Central Administrative District of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia in Moscow and the "Defender of Happiness" charitable foundation.
A family consisting of parents who have registered a marriage and are raising three or more children has the status of a large family. Three children today are already a luxury for many. The traditions of large families have sunk into oblivion. There are fewer brave mothers and fathers who are not afraid to give birth to another child every year. The tendency to have one, less often two children in our society is becoming more and more stable. And she is not at all happy. And the saddest thing is that almost a third of babies are born in single-parent families. That is why the Department of the Central Administrative District tries not to forget about its employees and to organize events for them at least once a month.
- In such a difficult time, not everyone dares to give birth to more than two children, so parents with many children deserve special respect. Being a mother is the highest destiny of a woman. The happiness of giving life, hearing the first words of a child, worrying about him, enjoying the first successes of children - nothing can replace this. One child is good and it is a great joy, but when there are many children, the family is no longer a unit of society, it is already a small state. The more small and happy states we have, the stronger our country will be: both spiritually and materially. We, in turn, will try to help such families, - said Alexander Antonenko, chairman of the Defender of Happiness Foundation during a river trip.
The family of the Lobanovs and the Mukhins took part in an exciting trip on the ship. During the two-hour journey, families took part in various competitions, as well as in a cultural program, played, drew and admired the views of the capital. At the end of the event, the participants received souvenirs and sweets from the representatives of the charitable foundation.
- In this direction, the work is only getting better, but I think we will try to devote as much time as possible to the personnel, namely to large families, - said Colonel of the Internal Service Dmitry Melnikov.
