A refugee from Donetsk will be convicted in Volgograd in April for beating her two-year-old son and leaving him for a long time without food or water.
“According to the investigators, the guardianship and guardianship authorities took the child from a native of Donetsk, who lives in the Traktorozavodsky district of Volgograd, a month after the birth of her son,” the V1. RU correspondent was told at the Traktorozavodsky District Court of Volgograd. - The woman did not fulfill her parental duties, which became the basis for the removal of the child. The boy lived for about two years in the State Budgetary Institution "VOSDR".
The mother tried to return her own child and in the end she was allowed to take her son.
“On the basis of the woman’s application to the guardianship authorities, the boy again began to live with his mother,” they explained in court. - She constantly insulted her son with obscene language, beat the baby. The child had numerous injuries in the form of bruises and abrasions.
The mother brought up her little son and hunger.
“In the summer, the woman left the child alone in a stuffy, unventilated room for more than 10 hours,” the case file says. - At the same time, the boy had nothing to eat - his mother did not leave him food and water.
The baby's family for two and a half years is in the regional data bank of families and minors in a socially dangerous situation. The woman will be tried for improper performance of the duties of raising a minor, combined with cruel treatment of him, as well as for causing physical and mental suffering through systematic beatings and other violent actions.
Volgogradka will also be condemned for actions incriminated by the article "Torture" of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. She faces up to seven years in prison.
