One-year-old Vika, who lost her 26-year-old mother after a terrible accident, will live in a baby house in Volgograd until her father collects all the documents.

If the guardianship authorities did not act in this way, it means that they had some questions. Either they could not establish the relationship, or they found some other reason. The department of guardianship and trusteeship replied that they could not give comments without the permission of the deputy head of the district. After a short meeting with the management, the head of the department still promised to call back and comment on the situation.

At the end of July, 26 - year old Oksana Ladatko got into a taxi with her ten - month - old daughter. On the way, the driver of the "fourteenth" had a heart attack: the car flew into a ditch and crashed into a tree. The man behind the wheel died on the spot, and Oksana, who covered her tiny daughter, was hospitalized with serious injuries. She died a few days later without regaining consciousness.
After the death of the young woman, the Ladatko family learned about the return of the father of one-year-old Vika. A resident of Belarus, who, according to his relatives, beat Oksana and used drugs, declared his rights to the child. Relatives of the deceased Volgograd woman are sure that the man is counting on child benefits, with which he will pay off his debts.
