Volunteer nannies have appeared in Russia. Those at the forefront of the fight against coronavirus now have peace in the rear. Volunteers extended a helping hand to doctors who are fighting the coronavirus - doctors now have the opportunity to call a nurse for children. About the action of the All-Russian Popular Front - in the material of the correspondent of the TV channel "MIR 24" Artem Vasnev.
“Now a nanny will come to us. With the nanny, you will collect further puzzles."
Fatimat Akhmedova is the nurse on duty. Since spring he has been working in the "red zone". The husband is also constantly busy. Before each shift, Fatimat thought with whom to leave her two young sons. As a result, I found a way out, my colleagues suggested. All over the country, ONF helps medical workers: volunteer nannies visit doctors and nurses at home.
“There was, of course, some distrust and fear, because you trust your children to someone. But the first time they came, my children were very happy, spoke well of them, they liked it very much, they had fun, played,”said the duty nurse of the City Clinical Hospital 1 Fatimat Akhmedova.
The sons of Fatimat will spend the day with their nanny today. While my mother is at work, Sadia Isaeva, a medical college student, will sit with them.
“A volunteer nanny will work with you. Obey her."
For her work, Sadia will not receive a dime - pure charity. Speaks, doing good to others, feels pleasure. The girl has her younger brothers and sisters, so it is easy for her to find an approach to other people's children.
“Boys can be interested in football, volleyball, boxing, everyone loves it. Since I myself love sports, I can find a common language with both boys and girls,”said Sadia.
Since 2018, a program of certified nannies has been operating in Russia - so far in seven pilot regions. In Vologda, ONF expert Sergey Rybalchenko awards the developers of a training video course for professional nannies. In the near future, all volunteer nannies in the country will have to receive certificates.
“The certificates that we issue to volunteers necessarily contain the name of the organization that submitted the application for training this volunteer. This is done to keep the service safe. Parents, when a volunteer comes to them to help with a child, should understand who sent this volunteer, who helped get this certificate,”explained the ONF expert, chairman of the commission on demography, protection of families, children and traditional family values of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation Sergey Rybalchenko.
So far, volunteer nannies who have not undergone special training are working as best they can. And they work well. At least so far there have been no complaints. So Sadia managed to occupy the sons of Fatimat - time without a mother flew by unnoticed.
