In the Vologda Oblast, the work was organized on behalf of the Governor Oleg Kuvshinnikov. According to the project, any health worker in the "red zone" can receive such assistance. Currently, three social service organizations are recruiting nannies. If necessary, students of pedagogical colleges are involved in this work.

The assistance extends to health workers of six mono-hospitals in the Vologda Oblast: three in Vologda, two in Cherepovets, and one in Veliky Ustyug. Doctors can send an application through the hotline #WeVotE or the mobile application “ONF. Help.

“The mother of the child is pleased that not only someone is present with him, but that they are engaged, played, and developed. I would like the parents not to worry, but to know that their child is in good hands,”says Lyudmila Smirnova, a nanny who has completed training.

The project operates on the basis of vocational training and certification centers in the regions. Today it is being implemented in eight regions.

“There are 10 regional centers for vocational training and certification of nannies. More than 300 nannies have already been trained. Of these, 160 are included in the national register of certified nannies. They confirmed not only their level of education, but also their compliance with the requirements provided by the professional standard,”says ONF expert, chairman of the commission on demography, protection of families, children and traditional family values of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation Sergei Rybalchenko, who initiated the project.

48 nannies from Vologda, Cherepovets and Sheksninsky region received special training. They have been working in the region for a year and a half.
