The deputies heard a report on the execution of the republican budget for the first half of 2019, discussed the legislative proposals of colleagues from the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, gave positive feedback on the draft federal laws and adopted a number of resolutions.

One of the key events of the last meeting was the adoption of amendments to the RA law "On the protection of family, motherhood, fatherhood and childhood", which in some cases provide for the preservation of benefits for large families after the eldest child reaches the age of 18. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Adygea came up with a corresponding legislative initiative.

From now on, not only families with three or more children under the age of 18 will be able to apply for state support measures, but also those families in which there are student children (full-time education) - until graduation, but no more than before they reach the age of 23, as well as families with children under the age of 23 who are doing compulsory military service.

In addition, the new version of the law provides for a one-time payment at the birth of the third and subsequent children when the child reaches the age of three months, and not 1 year, as it was before.

The size of the payment remains the same - 50 thousand rubles, but in the future the parliamentarians intend to provide for the indexation of the regional capital.

The head of Adygea, Murat Kumpilov, has repeatedly pointed out the importance of work to support families and children, on which the improvement of the demographic situation in the region directly depends.
