The ombudsman noted that the girl's new mother has a psychological education, so now the child "is not just talking, he is already singing."
Recall that in March, a girl without parents was found in a residential building in the north-west of Moscow. Neighbors called for help, who had heard crying for several days. When the Ministry of Emergency Situations opened the apartment, they found the girl in a room littered with garbage. The baby had signs of anorexia, purulent otitis media, head lice. The child was taken to the hospital, where he was admitted to intensive care, and also underwent surgery due to an elastic hair band that had grown into his neck.
A criminal case was opened against the woman under the article “Attempted Murder”. After the child's mother claimed that she was innocent and demanded to reconsider her imprisonment. She is now in jail. Psychological examination showed that the child's mother suffers from a chronic disorder in the form of residual schizophrenia and poses a danger to herself and other people.
