The windows of all polyclinics in Adygea will remain without opening mechanisms. Such security measures will be taken after a two-year-old girl fell out of the window at the Yablonovsky polyclinic. The corresponding order was given by the Minister of Health of the Republic Rustem Meretukov

“The minister ordered to strengthen security measures in all medical institutions, to place information posters in children's clinics, to hold talks with medical staff and with the parents of patients. Handles will be removed from all windows in polyclinics so that children cannot open them,”the ministry's press service said.

As previously reported by "360", in the afternoon of October 3, a two-year-old girl fell out of the window of the second floor in a children's clinic in the village of Yablonovsky. The child's mother, Kristina Ponomarchuk, brought her daughter for a scheduled examination.

According to her, an obedient daughter never leaves her. But this time the woman had to quickly bring the card to the doctor's office. Soon she heard the cry of her daughter, which came from afar.

She assumes that Evelina climbed onto the bench, and from there - onto the windowsill. According to patients, the windows are always open there, and there are no bars on them. The woman looked out the window. An underage woman was lying on her side on the pavement and crying. The girl fell from the second floor. An iron railing is installed near the place of emergency. Evelina's mother is amazed how the girl did not hurt them.

“The doctors immediately swooped in on me: you mothers will always bump into your phones instead of keeping an eye on the children. In the clinic they threaten me with some kind of article, they tell me that they will put me on record for not keeping track of the child. And that I am facing an administrative fine,”she said.

The baby was taken to the intensive care unit of the Krasnodar Regional Children's Clinical Hospital. Doctors diagnosed a broken leg, and also recorded scratches on the head.

A check by the Ministry of Health of the republic found that the fall was due to the mother's oversight of the child. However, the mother of the injured child insists that the clinic is to blame for the incident, the staff of which did not protect the window openings in any way. They don't even have a protective mesh. According to her information, this is the fourth such case in this medical institution in six months.
