MOSCOW, November 2. / TASS /. An exhibition of the best works of the children's drawing competition "Heritage of My District" was opened on Gogolevsky Boulevard in Moscow. In total, 1.5 thousand works were sent to the competition this year, of which more than 30 winners were selected, the head of the Moscow Department of Cultural Heritage Alexei Yemelyanov told reporters.
"For the second year in a row, we are holding a children's drawing competition" Heritage of My District ". This year, 1,500 works were sent to us, which is three times more than last year," Yemelyanov said.
This year the jury selected the winners in two categories: "Professionals" and "Amateurs". The best authors were selected in two age groups from 7 to 11 and from 12 to 15 years. When evaluating the work, an integrated approach was used, that is, the judges paid attention not only to the technique of execution, but also to the emotionality of the work, the individuality of the participants.
"More than 400 works were made to the final of the competition. There are more than 30 winners in total. Next year we will definitely hold this competition," Yemelyanov said.
The exhibition on Gogolevsky Boulevard, which presented 32 drawings, will run until November 9.
