Anastasia Rakova thanked city services, doctors and Muscovites for their contribution to the fight against coronavirus infection over the past year. This is reported by the Operations Headquarters of Moscow.
“Exactly a year ago, on January 28, on behalf of the Mayor of Moscow, we organized an Operational Headquarters to control and monitor the situation with the coronavirus. From March 5 to this day, we have been working around the clock. A year later, we can say with confidence that our system has shown its effectiveness: all city services work harmoniously, as a single team, without delay taking the necessary measures to combat the coronavirus. A huge help, in fact, the framework became a single digital platform for Moscow healthcare, which allowed us to guide each patient from the moment of the first positive test to complete recovery. Today I want to express my deepest gratitude to colleagues who respond to all our requests, to doctors who save lives for a day and a half, and also to thank the townspeople who were sympathetic and continue to treat restrictive measures,”said Anastasia Rakova.
The deputy mayor noted that "these 365 days were different - joyful and difficult, there were ups and downs, but we believe that the pandemic will end, we will return to our usual life."
