The Tyumen bailiffs were trained in communication with media workers. The reason was a conflict with journalists during the closure of the Na Minskoy market, which took place on May 31. The outraged residents of Tyumen, seeing the incident, demanded to check the legality of the actions of the UFSSP officers.

The closure was accompanied by an unpleasant incident between the head of the interdistrict department for special enforcement proceedings Kairat Tlemisov and the correspondents of 72.ru. The bailiff, in violation of the law, demanded that the journalists stop filming and remove the footage under the threat of having their phone seized. The UFSSP officer explained his actions by an invasion of his privacy.

The incident did not go unnoticed by the public. Journalists from other Tyumen publications, after watching the video of the conflict, also stated that they had similar situations with Kairat Tlemisov.

- Last time, when the TD on Chaplin Street was closed, the same bailiff said exactly the same thing to our film crew. On my ID, on the back side, there are links to articles of the law on the media, which I quoted to him. In our case, it helped. Although he still called somewhere and clarified whether we agreed on the shooting or not. In general, of course, many do not know about the rights of journalists. Starting from security guards and ending with judges, - said journalist Anna Knyazheva.

Even former colleagues condemned the action of the bailiff.

- I worked with these guys as a fighter, and with the main character too. I didn't think he would talk like that on camera. It's sad, - said one employee of the UFSSP.

Readers did not stay away from the discussion. Some of them independently sent requests to the bailiffs demanding an assessment of the actions of the employees.

As a result, the leadership of the Tyumen UFSSP decided to conduct training for the heads of departments on how to communicate with media representatives.

“On May 31, training was organized and conducted, within the framework of which employees were familiarized with the provisions of the law“On Mass Media”, as well as clarified the procedure for interaction between civil servants and media representatives,” explained Elena Loskutova, deputy head of the UFSSP for the Tyumen region.

As for the Na Minskoy market itself, it still remains closed. On June 26, a court session was held, during which no decision was made to resume his activities. The next trial is scheduled for July 3, 2018.
