MOSCOW, December 26. / TASS /. Russian Defense Minister General of the Army Sergei Shoigu instructed commanders of districts, fleets and commanders of all levels to take personal control of the allocation of places for military children in kindergartens transferred to the subjects of the country.
"You were all at the expanded meeting of the collegium under the leadership of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. I remind everyone that a simple, understandable task has been set - these are kindergartens," Shoigu said.
He recalled that the military department has transferred more than 450 kindergartens to the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and municipalities.
"And we have every right to demand from them the fulfillment of all the obligations that they have assumed. Until January 1, I ask you to clarify everything related to the shortage of places in kindergartens in localities specifically. This concerns commanders, commanders, commanders of armies, divisions, brigades, fleets. I want to know to the very extreme corner of our country, where and how many places we owe in kindergartens, "- said Shoigu.
He instructed the National Center to put this topic under strict control.
"And at the end of January … to invite to our conference call the heads of those subjects in which issues are not resolved (with places in kindergartens for military children - note TASS). And listen to them, how and when they are going to do it," he concluded Shoigu.
