They were prepared for Mother's Day, which is celebrated on November 24th.
Women will be able to attend events free of charge in family centers, schools and public service centers, children's clinics, antenatal clinics and maternity hospitals in the capital. Some of them require preliminary registration.

They will tell you how to prepare for pregnancy and childbirth at the My Documents flagship office of the Central Administrative District (Presnenskaya embankment, building 2). The chief obstetrician-gynecologist of Moscow Anton Olenev will answer all the questions of the listeners. The lecture "Moms-to-be" will be held on November 21, beginning at 18:00.
On November 22, conversations about the peculiarities of bearing a child will be held in the city's antenatal clinics. Visitors will be told about the changes occurring in a woman's body in the first months of pregnancy. In addition, expectant mothers will be helped to find a healthy diet. Lectures will be held in 11 antenatal clinics. They will start at 17:00.
In addition, on November 22, mothers will receive special lectures in the city's children's clinics. Pediatricians will devote these meetings to issues of childcare in the first months and years of life. Doctors will tell you how to properly organize the diet and schedule of the day for children of different ages. Lectures "Mom is the main word in every destiny" will begin at 11 children's polyclinics at 13:00.
On November 24, an open day will be held at 21 maternity hospitals in Moscow. From 10:00 to 15:00, women are invited to visit the obstetric buildings of these medical institutions. During the excursions, obstetricians-gynecologists will talk about the process of childbirth and how quickly mothers recover and newborn babies adapt. Special attention will be paid to socialization, psychological difficulties of women with children and the issues of overcoming emotional burnout in the family. How young mothers not to forget about sports, hobbies and creativity will be told on November 25 at 14:00 at the My Documents flagship office of the Central Administrative District. The lecture “The active life of a mother in the metropolis” will be delivered by Natalya Karpovich, chairman of the public organization “Union of Large Families of the City of Moscow”.
The emotional burnout of mothers will be discussed at the My Career employment center (Sergiy Radonezhskogo Street, 1, building 1). Here they will talk about ways to deal with fatigue and blues that often accompany women in the first months after giving birth. Training “# YAZHMAT. Culinary master classes for children and parents will begin on November 22 at 14:00 in 25 family centers in Moscow.
