Law enforcers found a seven-year-old boy alive who disappeared near Vladimir almost two months ago.
The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has published footage of the arrest of a suspect in the abduction of a seven-year-old child in the Vladimir region. The footage shows that law enforcement officers enter the alleged offender's home through a window. Soon, the detainee himself appears on the video, who confesses to the crime.
Earlier it was reported that a boy was found alive in the Vladimir region, who disappeared on the way from school on September 28.
It turned out that seven-year-old Savely Rogovtsev had been kidnapped. All this time he was in the hands of a 26-year-old man, in a private house in one of the surrounding villages. Foreign colleagues from Interpol helped the police to find the child and find the whereabouts of the kidnapper.
The Ombudsman for the Rights of the Child in the Vladimir Region, Gennady Prokhorichev, soon announced that now nothing threatens the health and life of the child. According to him, the boy was handed over to his parents after being examined at the central regional hospital. The survey showed that the student is completely healthy.
According to preliminary data, the kidnapper of the child suffers from mental illness.
